Two-story, 36,000 sq ft medical office building with an adjacent 27,000 sq ft 

freestanding emergency department.

Memorial Hospital Expansion, Chattanooga, TN

This expansion project was completed in two major phases. Phase I included a 

26,000 sq ft renovation, central energy plant, utility routing, surgery renovations, 

gastrointestinal lab, and patient rooms. Phase II included a seven-story, 360,000 

sq ft patient tower; 100,000 sq ft renovation; single-story, 12,375 sq ft emergency 

department addition; parking; and site development.

UAB Women & Infants Center, Birmingham, AL

Nine-story, 630,000 sq ft women and children’s hospital facility, radiation oncology 

center, and physicians’ office building; includes labor and delivery, neonatal intensive 

care unit, and high acuity care services;  ABC National Excellence in Construction

Grandview Medical Center, Birmingham, AL

12-story, 1 million sq ft build-out of an existing hospital; eight-story, 220,000 sq ft new 

medical office building; and 1.1 million sq ft, 3,000-space parking deck; included site 

work and tie-ins to the existing hospital; Winner of the “ENR Southeast Project of the
